Questions
Do I need a card for the free trial? +
No. Make a teacher account and you get 14 days with every classroom feature. You only pay if you choose a plan after that.
What happens if I cancel? +
Your classes stay open until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you’re not charged again. You can renew from Manage billing before then and nothing changes.
Do my students pay, or need accounts? +
No. Students join with your class code and a nickname, and never pay. The game and lesson plans are free for everyone.
What happens to my classes if my plan ends? +
Nothing is deleted. Students can keep playing and their progress is saved; you can open your classes again as soon as you choose a plan.
Can my school pay by invoice? +
Yes. For a school or centre licence paid by invoice or purchase order, write to us at admin@dotcodecampus.com.
